Return and refund policy

Refunds and Returns: Due to the nature of digital products, we generally do not offer refunds or returns once the product has been delivered. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. If you encounter any issues with your digital product, please contact our customer support at exudingselfconfidence@escphotography.org, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

 

Refunds and Returns - Physical Products:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • Items must be in their original condition, unused and with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required for all returns. 
  • Contact our customer service team at exudingselfconfidence@escphotography.org to initiate the return process.
  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging, along with all accessories and documentation.
  • Ship the item back to 3900 W. Brown Deer Road STE A #186 Brown Deer, Wisconsin 53209 using a trackable shipping method of your choice. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
  • Once the returned item is received and verify its condition, a refund will be processed or exchanged within 1 business day.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was our mistake.
  • Please allow 3-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after processing.
