By purchasing and downloading digital products from Exuding Self Confidence Store -- ESC Photography LLC, you agree to the following terms of use:
- License and Usage Restrictions:
- The digital product you have purchased is subject to a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only.
- You may download and use the digital product on your own devices for your personal, non-commercial use.
- Prohibited Actions:
- You are prohibited from sharing, distributing, or reselling the digital product to third parties.
- You may not modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the digital product in any way.
- Reproduction or duplication of the digital product for purposes other than personal use is strictly prohibited.
- Intellectual Property:
- All intellectual property rights, including copyrights and trademarks, related to the digital product are owned by ESC Photography LLC.
- The purchase of the digital product does not grant you any ownership rights or rights to use the intellectual property for purposes other than specified in this agreement.
- Transfer of License:
- The license for the digital product is non-transferable. You may not transfer, assign, or sublicense the digital product to any third party.
